Osteopathy & Sustainable Performance in Nice
Specialist in movement dynamics and mind-body regulation, I support anyone seeking deep and lasting well-being.

Complete Postural Assessment
In-depth and systematic evaluation of your static and dynamic posture. Postural osteopathic follow-up
Targeted and progressive manual treatment focused on the rehabilitation of postural sensors to restore overall balance. Release of joint and fascial restrictions, precise re-education of sensors (podal, ocular, mandibular, vestibular…), rebalancing of supports and normalization of compensation chains. Frequently Asked Questions
What you often wonder before consulting.
Will it hurt?
Osteopathy is not just about forceful manipulations. Treatment only begins after a complete assessment. The gestures are chosen according to your condition. Nothing is forced, everything is explained as we go along.
Is it covered by health insurance?
85% of supplementary health insurance policies reimburse one or more osteopathy sessions per year. I give you an invoice to submit directly to your insurance provider.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, flexible clothing is ideal. The main thing is to be able to move freely during the consultation.
Why is your approach different?
Because the treatment always follows the examination, not the other way around. I work according to the principles of Evidence-Based Medicine: current scientific data, clinical experience, and what you specifically expect from the session.
Do I need a prescription?
No. Osteopathy is directly accessible, you can book an appointment directly on Doctolib, without going through your general practitioner.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday from 7:30 AM to 9 PM, Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM
How much does an osteopathy consultation cost?
The rate for a standard session at the practice is €70 (Monday to Saturday). The rate is €90 for home visits, as well as for sessions at the practice on Sundays and public holidays. An invoice will always be given to you at the end of the session for your insurance provider.
